KADAN SPA USER GUIDE

Kadan Spa is open for overnight guests as well as for day visitors.

Duration

From 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Last reservation 10 p.m.) The duration for the spa treatment includes a skin consultation. Please come by about 10 minutes before the reservation time so that you can leisurely enjoy the spa treatment. Please note that your treatment time may be shortened or you may not be able to receive treatment at all if you are late for your appointment.

Requests for Spa Customers

Kadan Spa is a place to relax your body and mind. Please refrain from using your cell phone or other devices in the spa area in order to fully enjoy the deep relaxation.

Health Conditions

If you are pregnant, have allergies, or have other health concerns, please make sure to notify us in advance at the time of reservation. We have a special care treatment for customers in pregnancy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 12 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved course price, and cancellations within 2 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved course price.

Fee

The displayed treatment price includes service fees but excludes sales tax.

In-room Shiatsu Massage

Merging Japanese shiatsu and eastern medicine

「We offer shiatsu massages and meridian therapy performed by a masseur. Meridian therapy places moxibustions on your meridian channels according to your pulse while simultaneously performing shiatsu massage to adjust the condition of your whole body. This message method approaches your inner body and has a strong effect on fatigue.
