Sushi Kadan is under the supervision of Sushi Yoshitake, a prominent restaurant in Ginza.

Sushi that harmoniously blends a beautiful appearance and delicious ingredients is served
in conjunction with the traditional Japanese omotenashi (hospitality), cultivated by Gora Kadan.
