Omotenashi is the ability to provide hospitality, a job skill that can last a lifetime. In today's rapidly changing world, the skills required in the workplace change in a short period of time.
Even in such a rapidly changing world, the ability to anticipate what customers want and respond to them is equal to the ability to provide Omotenashi. It is unshakable, transcending both time and place.At Gora Kadan, we have refined and honed our hospitality methods over the years by welcoming guests from all over the world. Room concierges are in charge of no more than two rooms per day, which enables them to provide the highest level of hospitality through repeated one-on-one interactions with each guest. In addition, prior experience in the hospitality industry is not essential for providing good customer service. What is most important is your own personality. At Gora Kadan, even those with no experience can create a new career from scratch while learning on the job.

    You will acquire a high level of hospitality skills by practicing Gora Kadan’s style of customer service, which has developed over the years since the inn first opened.

    No prior customer service experience in the inn or hotel industry is required. You can create a new career from scratch through on-the-job, practical training.

    Because they spend a lot of time with our guests, the personality of a room concierge directly affects guests’ satisfaction. In this role, you can show your passion for hospitality.

  • Learning about Japanese culture

    You can learn more about Japanese culture, such as proper etiquette, how to wear a kimono, manners, and how to entertain guests, in accordance with traditional Japanese formality.
